As a national leader in sustainable design, CDF is one of a number of participants in the rapid growth of the U.S. Green Building Council’s Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design program (LEED), and the various tools that have evolved to facilitate integrated green design practice.
The following CDF projects were designed according to LEED guidelines and either have, or are expected to receive a LEED rating or certification upon completion of construction and commissioning.
